1. Add Items to Cart
Browse through our selection and click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item you're interested in. Feel free to add more items to your cart as needed.
2. Provide Essential Details
Before submitting your cart, please ensure you provide us with essential information, such as your contact number, postal address, and any special instructions you may have.
3. Submit Your Enquiry
Once you have added all the desired items to your cart and provided the required details, submit your enquiry through the website. We will receive your enquiry and process a Sales Order for you.
4. Sales Order and Shipment Fees
After processing your enquiry, we will send you a Sales Order via email to the address from which you sent your enquiry. The Sales Order will include the total amount due, including shipment fees based on your provided instructions.
5. Amendments to Your Order
If you need to make any changes or amendments to your order, please communicate them back to us via email. We will promptly attend to your request.
6. Payment
Once you are satisfied with the pro-forma Sales Order, make the payment into our bank account. The bank account details will be provided in the email along with your Sales Order. Please note that your payment must be reflected in our bank account before we can dispatch your package.
7. Package Dispatch and Tracking
After confirming your payment, we will dispatch your package. You will receive an email from us containing your tracking/waybill number for easy monitoring of your shipment.
